BigPond Flags Spam Crackdown

TELSTRA has overhauled its user policies and system for responding to complaints in an attempt to reduce abuse of its network.
Justin Milne, managing director of broadband for Telstra's consumer ISP BigPond, said its Acceptable Use Policy would be "tightened" to crackdown on spammers and reduce the spread of viruses, and make a universal policy apply to all its online services.
